Specialist Inc. Limited Warranty for all MSI 2009 Ford Non Emergency
Commercial Van Conversions and Products
MSI
warrants each conversion, and other parts manufactured by MSI
and added to a chassis, to be free from defects in material
and workmanship, under normal use and service, for a period
of three (3) years, unlimited miles on the converted chassis,
from the original purchase date from MSI or an authorized MSI
dealer.
Mobility
Specialist Inc. warrants each conversion, and other parts manufactured
by Mobility Specialist Inc. and added to a chassis, to be free
from defects in material and workmanship, under normal use and
service, for a period of three (3) years, and unlimited miles
on the converted chassis, from the original purchase date from
Mobility Specialist Inc. or an authorized Mobility Specialist
Inc. dealer.
Warrantor:
This warranty is granted by Mobility Specialist Inc. 490 Capricorn
St. Brea, Ca. 92821 No changes to this warranty can take place
without express written consent by an executive officer of Mobility
Specialist inc.
Parties
to Whom Warranty is Extended: This warranty shall be extended
to the original purchaser and any legal transferee to whom such
product is transferred during the warranty period except where
limited as noted.
Items
Not Covered: MSI is an upfitter of non-emergency transport
vehicles whose products are mounted on chassis manufactured
and expressly warranted by other manufacturers. This warranty
does not, therefore, extend to nor cover any portion of the
vehicle, nor contents thereof which has been separately warranted
by another manufacturer; or manufactured by a manufacturer other
than MSI, except to the extent specifically required by any
applicable Federal law or regulation. MSI does not warrant the
automotive chassis. Any and all parts supplied with the automotive
chassis by the chassis manufacturer are strictly not covered
by MSI. These include, but are not limited to, engine, transmission,
air conditioning (OEM), heater, brakes and the factory body.
Consult the chassis manufacturer's warranty with regard to those
items. MSI will reasonably assist the buyer to assure that the
chassis manufacturer honors warranty obligations but MSI accepts
no liability for it. With regards to parts manufactured by others,
which carry their own manufacturer's warranty (such as wheelchair
lifts, wheelchair and occupant restraint systems, audio equipment,
rear air conditioning unit, batteries, tires, etc.) MSI warrants
proper factory installation only but will reasonably assist
the buyer to assure that the Equipment manufacturer honors warranty
obligations
